What's Included

Breath of Oneness Ceremonies

The most profound technology for reconnecting consciousness that I have ever encountered in twenty years of ceremonial work. You will experience three private individual Oneness Meditations, the Handshake, the Hug and the Full Embrace, as well as three integrative group ceremonies guiding you inward, outward and beyond.

Each group ceremony is anchored in intention, personal, relational and collective, awakening deeper layers of connection, belonging and unity consciousness.

Sacred Nature Immersion

A majestic journey into nature with wisdom, wonder and the teachings that only the natural world can offer.

We will share a bush walk or coastal adventure depending on the weather and the needs of the group, meandering through ancient eucalypt forest into lush rainforest, rock-hopping along crystal-clear creeks, or walking the coastline with the ocean stretching out beside us.

Breathwork

Breathwork releases physical and energetic charge from the core of the body. It supports healing of past trauma, assists with the integration of expanded states of awareness, and invites you into 2027 with a lighter heart and a clearer mind.

Vision Blueprint

Invoke and dream awake your brightest visions for the year to come. Through guided journalling and reflection, we will review the year that has passed and set our sails for what lies ahead, creating a clear, inspired and deeply personal blueprint for your path into 2027.

Flower Bath - Baños de Flores

An ancient ceremonial practice of cleansing, purification and renewal. A deeply beautiful and tender ritual to close one chapter and open the next.

Nourishing Plant-Based Cuisine

Primarily gluten-free, dairy-free, lovingly prepared vegetarian food to nourish your body throughout the retreat.

Preparation

Once you reserve your place, you will be invited to complete a Holistic Health Check and join a group preparation call. Together we will answer your questions, hone your intentions and ensure you know how to best prepare for your Oneness retreat. You deserve to arrive feeling held and ready, and I will make sure you do.

Ceremony

This retreat is designed for an intimate circle of 10 people to deeply explore and expand their consciousness. A rare and golden opportunity to shed what no longer serves you and step fully into your most alive, most aligned self for 2027. Every part of this experience is designed to support you, during the ceremony, through the integration, and beyond.

I bring twenty years of ceremonial experience, deep professional training, and my whole heart to every moment.

Integration

After your ceremonies, you will have all the spaciousness you need to sit in silence, rest, swim, create, journal and wander in nature. Then we gather in heartfelt connection, where journey stories are welcomed, insights take root, and something deep and timeless is remembered together.

The week following the retreat, we reconnect for a group integration call to reflect on what has opened and support you in bringing it into your life. You will also share weekly connections with your fellow travellers for a month after the retreat, a precious continuation of the journey with people who truly understand the depth of what you have moved through.
